Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/4 cup sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top, spreading it evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Slice and serve chilled.
