Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese
- ¼ cup (60g) sour cream
- 1 cup (250g) cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
- ½ cup (115g) butter (1 stick)
- 16 oz (450g) spaghetti
- Shredded Cheddar, Parmesan, or a combination of both
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
- Brown ground beef, then add spaghetti sauce and mix well.
- Layer spaghetti, cheese mixture, and beef in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Dot top with butter and bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
